Samantha Haas is Rudi's infamous pastry chef. Samantha has grown up in the food industry at a young age working alongside her Armenian grandmother at their family restaurant. After high school, Samantha went on to Johnson and Wales University where she received her bachelor's degree in both culinary arts and baking. After college, Samantha has worked at many prestigious country clubs and hotels across America, including Wentworth by The Sea resort in New Castle, NH. She is known for her scrumptious desserts and her one-of-a-kind cakes served here at Rudi's. Samantha spends her time away from work with her handsome son and loves music and being outdoors. Samantha is currently working on her new summer menu which includes a stone fruit shortcake and a lemon ricotta cheesecake.
